3FM will join more than 500 radio stations across Britain today to mark Mental Health Awareness Week.
The 2021 Mental Health Minute, supported by the Royal Foundation of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, features messages from celebrities and royals about mental health.
It's hoped the annual event can reduce the stigma of mental health difficulties and support people who struggle with their mental health.
The messages will be broadcast at 10.59am.
