Over £35m was used from the Contingency Fund at the end of the 2022/23 financial year.
Treasury Minister Dr Allinson was asked how much money from the fund was used, and which government initiatives and programmes it went towards.
The largest amount, £6.8m, went to supporting Cost of Living Support Schemes, followed by Inflationary Cost Support, which saw £5.6m.
The Department of Health and Social Care received over £5m towards the Covid Response, such as vaccines and swabbing.
