31 jobs could go at Britannia International after the company announced it was pulling out of the Isle of Man.
The Co-operative Bank says in line with a wider strategy the Isle of Man business will be wound down this year.
The bank says the decision has not been taken lightly and care is being taken to minimise the impact on staff and customers.
Customers will be contacted over the coming weeks with more information about how the change will affect them.
