Around £30,000 worth of heroin was recovered by police earlier this week.
The constabulary says the Class A substance was seized from a property in the South of the Island on Thursday.
Over £80,000 worth of the drug has been recovered on the Isle of Man in the past three weeks.
Officers say they will continue to clamp down on those choosing to import and deal illegal drugs.
