The Treasury says it's hired more than 30 temps over the past 18 months.
A Freedom of information request asked how many temporary workers had been in the department since the start of 2023.
In its response, the Treasury said the number temporary workers employed through recruitment agencies was 31.
Of those, two were secretarial staff while 29 were administrative workers.
