The emergency services responded to more than 2,400 callouts last month.
The Emergency Services Joint Control Room has published its figures for March.
It says it deal with 1,108 incidents involving police, 1,226 involving ambulances and 118 involving the Fire and Rescue Service.
On average, it took just 1.5 seconds to answer a 999 call.
