This years CAMRA Beer and Cider Festival has been called off.
Organisers have confirmed the occasion - which was due to take place at the Villa Marina from Thursday, April 8 to Saturday, April 10 - won’t be going ahead due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions.
Those behind it are thanking their main sponsors - Long & Humphrey advocates, GrayLaw Freight and the Department for Enterprise - for their ongoing support.
Chairman of the Festival Committee, Matt Cox, says the next event is scheduled for April 7-9, 2022, again at the Villa Marina and they look forward to welcoming back supporters next year.
