Public Health Isle of Man has launched its 2020 Winter Health campaign.
It covers simple measures to encourage others to remain well and also protect vulnerable people within the community.
A dedicated web page - www.gov.im/winterhealth contains all the information and advice such as getting the flu vaccine, staying active and considering a vitamin D supplement in the darker months.
Guidance documents, posters and other messages will also be available around the Island at pharmacies, GP surgeries and many public buildings.
