An egaming firm which surrendered its licence in 2024 has been hit with hundreds of thousands of pounds in penalties for failing to comply with money-laundering regulations.
Shelgeyr Limited, which has registered offices on Athol Street in Douglas, was inspected by the Gambling supervision Commission.
It found a list of 15 failings showing the company hadn't carried out proper due diligence checks or followed the rules.
And it says it's imposed a £200,000 civil penalty over the breaches.
