Hartford Homes is seeking planning permission to build 153 houses on Andreas Road in Ramsey.
Thirty-nine would be so-called ‘affordable’ properties with plans for a mix of small to medium sized houses.
The developers are also seeking approval in principle for a primary school on land at Vollan Fields.
If approved the homes will be built with air source heat pumps and solar panels.
Houses will have their own parking but the estate would also have room for a future bus route to run through the site.
