Manx Utilities says it recorded almost 130 sewer overflow discharges last year from two sites in Douglas.
A Freedom of Information request asked how many times Lake Road's combined sewer overflow and Loch Promenade's sewage storage tank had discharged.
The organization said in 2023, Lake Road discharged sewage 69 times and Loch Promenade 60 times.
In its reply, it says the figures include what may have been very short incidents.
