Auto-Cycle Union Events has been given a 10-year contract to run the TT.
The Department for Enterprise says the contract will mean the company remains the event’s organiser until the end of the 2033 races.
ACUE first took over the role in 2008.
Enterprise Minister Tim Johnston said the event’s strength means the department can make a long-term commitment with ACUE.
