A car park in Douglas city centre is to get a £1.5 million facelift later this year.
Douglas Council has voted to fund a 40-week programme of work to replace cladding at Shaw's Brow.
The work is due to get underway before the end of September.
Some parking spaces will be affected, but the council says works will be phased to minimise disruption.
