A warehouse in Douglas could become industrial units if proposals submitted to planners are approved.
WDS Ltd has applied to demolish the warehouse at the Millmount complex on the New Castletown Road.
In its place, it would build 18 light industrial units with access roads and parking.
The company says it would also build wildflower beds and bird boxes as well as planting trees to reduce the environmental impact.
