A Douglas-based trust and fudiciary business has announced a management buyout.
Boston Multi Family Office confirmed the new structure, once completed, will see Katherine Ellis take up the role of Chief Executive Officer whilst Alex McNee will remain as Managing Director.
The firm will continue to have its HQ on the Isle of Man, with the company saying the change in ownership will focus on growth and further jurisdictional reach.
The buyout is now subject to regulatory approval.
