Tributes have been paid following the death of the managing director of the Isle of Man branch of KPMG.
Mike Fayle died on Saturday - a statement released by the company says he'd been receiving treatment at the Christie Hospital in Manchester since January.
According to KPMG his condition deteriorated last week and he died surrounded by his family.
Colleague Russell Kelly has stepped into the MD role - he's described Mr Fayle as a "wise and inspirational leader" saying staff will "miss him terribly".
