In a post on social media, Calwin Catering Ltd has announced the closure.
It says 'despite working tirelessly behind the scenes' and 'trying all options available' - those behind the business have been left with no alternative.
It's called the move 'extremely disappointing', having put their heart and soul into the business.
It adds those who haven't already been contacted about a booking, will be spoken to in due course.
