The performance of the Standard Bank Offshore Group so far this year will benefit the Isle of Man.
That's according to Standard Bank Isle of Man Chief Executive, Chris Till, after the group published results for its half-year for 2019.
Among the statistics, headline earnings rose by just under 42 per cent to £36.1million this year, whilst assets under management rose by more than 27 per cent to £2.4billion.
The offshore group is owned by Standard Bank Group, the largest African bank by assets and headquartered in Johannesburg.
