Island businesses will have the chance to discuss the issues around GDPR later this month.
DQ Advocates is hosting a seminar next week to talk about the ongoing problems around the matter and ways in which organisations can resolve them.
Director at DQ, Leanne McKeown, will provide a talk on the subject covering questions such as whether employees can have their photos deleted from websites and brochures and if you can give references without breaching consent rules.
It'll take place in the Upper Hall at Loch Promenade Church in Douglas on Thursday, November 14 from 12.30pm - organisations interesting in attending should speak to Antonia King at aking@acsp.co.im.
