A former office in Douglas could become a health and wellness clinic, if planners approve new proposals.
The You & Improved clinic on St Georges Street in Douglas has applied to change the use of the building on Finch Road.
It says it would make internal changes to the building to create treatment rooms.
The work also requires registered building consent as it's on the Island's protected buildings register.
