Just over £6.8million in payments have now been completed for nearly 2,300 companies under the Coronavirus Business Support Scheme.
That's according to the latest statistics issued by the Department for Enterprise this week.
The initiative offers grants of up to £3,000 to companies in certain sectors, including the self-employed, to assist industries impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.
As of Thursday, the figures also show of the 3,715 applications received for the award, 3,103 have now been processed.
