A Douglas company has made it onto the Sunday Times list of the best small companies to work for.
Nedbank Private Wealth was cited for its high levels of staff satisfaction by the newspaper - it comes after a survey of more than 270,000 workers in more than 850 workplaces.
It's the 12th year the firm has appeared on the list.
Executive head Greg Horton says the bigger the company, the harder it is to stay on the list - and his company is the list's largest employer.
