The Island has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with an important business park in China.
The Zhongguancun Boya Multimedia Creative and Innovation Park has been dubbed the 'Silicon Valley' of China.
It's a specific zone designated for high-tech industry such as internet, e-pay, communications and gaming.
