Local business to sponsor 'Cold Water Immersion' facility

A local business has announced its sponsorship of a 'Cold Water Immersion facility.'

Ramsey Crookall says the site uses the Wim Hof Method, which works to reduce inflammation, improve sleep and enhance immune system activity. 

The facility at Inner Alchemy is the first of its kind on the Island, and has certified instructors to guide users through the process. 

Joanna Crookall, CEO of Ramsey Crookall, says their wish is that this facility will help to improve mental health and wellbeing and raise awareness and understanding of neurodiversity.
