Those currently receiving Jobseekers Allowance are being told to make sure they update important details.
Letters were issued this month to those currently receiving JSA or who're registered for National Insurance Credits on account of employment to confirm they remain entitled to what they get and if there have been any changes in circumstances which could affect their claim.
Those residents then have to complete the questionnaire on the back of the letter.
Government says a reminder will also be sent this week asking people to complete the questionnaire, and officials warn if they don't get a response to the reminder letter within seven days of it arriving Treasury will have to suspend claims and payments until contact is made to confirm entitlement.
Any jobseekers who haven't received a letter should contact the JSA team on 685 126 or by emailing JSA@gov.im.
