The government has been granted status aimed at securing its food and agriculture trade.
The Island has been approved third country listing to continue exporting animals and animal products ahead of the expected Brexit deadline on October 31.
Environment, Food & Agriculture Minister, Geoffrey Boot MHK, says it will put the Isle of Man in a strong position should the UK leave the EU without a deal at the end of the month.
Mr Boot added the move to secure the creditation is testament to collaboration between the Manx government and DEFRA officials in the UK.
