An investigation into the Island's telecoms infrastructure will conclude soon.
The Communications and Utilities Regulatory Authority report has been looking into how Manx Telecom lets other companies use its network.
The investigation into the company's compliance with its Universal Service Obligation began in April.
On its website, the authority says it's coming to the end of its investigation and will publish its findings soon.
