Inflation on the Isle of Man stood at 8% last month - up from 7.4 per cent in December.
That's according to the latest figures from Statistics Isle of Man.
Housing, water, electricity, gas and other fuels continue to be the biggest contributor to the rate of inflation, with a rise of 22.5%.
However, Gas saw the biggest increase in this category of a whopping 60.9%.
