Inflation fell again last month, according to government statistics.
At the end of February, the Consumer Price index stood at 3.5 per cent.
That's a fall of 0.9 per cent on January's figure.
In its report the Cabinet Office says alcohol and tobacco rose 11.1 per cent over the year, while restaurants and hotel prices rose by 9.7 per cent.
