The Department for Enterprise is launching a consultation about the Island's social enterprises.
Minister Laurence Skelly says they're typically profit-making businesses which reinvest money back into the community - but at present, little is known about how many there are on the Island or what they do.
You can complete a survey on the government website, and have until Friday, November 23 to submit your views.
