The businessman behind plans for a luxury resort in the north of the Island says the concept's already been proven to work in the UK.
John Morphet wants to build 55 log cabins at Glen Truan in Bride as well as facilities such as a spa and restaurant.
The development would see millions spent in investment and bring hundreds of extra bed spaces to the tourism industry.
