Isle of Man Post Office says it's to sell its former flagship site in Douglas.
The former Crown Post Office in Regent Street has been put on the market after closing in 2016.
Estate agent Chrystals has been appointed to sell the property - it'll market it both on and off the Island with a price tag of £1.295 million.
Post Office chairman Julie Edge MHK says the building is no longer required and can be sold on to be redeveloped.
