An Island insurance company has been thanked for donating smoke detectors.
So far, Tower Insurance has donated over 500 devices to the Fire and Rescue Service.
The smoke detectors are fitted by the fire service's Prevention team who visit homes as part of its Home Safety Visits.
The Fire Service thanked the company, with two members of staff taking a surprise trip up a 42-metre ladder when they dropped-off more donations.
