Energy awards encourage savings of more than £320,000

Entrants who took part in the Department of Economic Development's Energy Awards have saved more than £320,000.

The winners of the annual awards have been announced - they include Bernhard Schulte Ship Management, Complete Construction Services Ltd and SNX Ltd and the Department of Infrastructure.

The awards were presented for Best Innovation, Best Practice and Biggest Savings with public and private sector organisations each having their own category in respect of these.
