 
                            The Department for Enterprise has entered a strategic partnership with Liverpool Chamber of Commerce.
It's as the DfE hopes to develop meaningful relationships with businesses in Liverpool to diversify the Manx economy.
Minister Tim Johnston says we have a lot of common interests in areas such as maritime, financial services and tourism, and long-standing cultural links.
The announcement follows a 'Welcome to the IOM' networking event hosted by Liverpool Chamber.
