A company says it wants to build 45 new industrial units on an estate on the south of the Island.
Dandara Commercial has applied for permission to build the development, on the Balthane Esatate near the new bypass.
The company says the proposals would include more than 5,200 square metres of industrial space as well as new bus stop laybys on the bypass itself.
And it adds it would landscape the site to minimise its visual impact from the bypass, which is still being built.
