Dandara to be awarded for developments

Island developer Dandara is to be honoured for its role in creating the Island's first Premier Inn hotel.

The structure in Douglas has secured one of ten accolades for the company in the 2019 UK Property Awards which also includes the 'Larch' property on Oak Park in Peel.

The Premier Inn facility has been successful in the New Hotel Construction - North West Region Category, whilst Larch has sealed achievement in the Residential Property - North West Region Category.

The ceremony to present the awards will take place at a gala event at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel on October 25.
