A recent event has highlighted the importance of millennials to the future of business.
It was set up by Grant Thornton, which has an Island base on Athol Street in Douglas, and explored key themes such as authenticity and diversity along with how to create an environment where all staff can be themselves.
Associate director of Grant Thornton Isle of Man, Lyndsay Brew, says 'if millennials are restless, it's only because they want to learn, grow and add value'.
She added these qualities should be embraced and it is part of why the firm wants to attract these individuals.
