Six companies have been fined a total of more than £2,400 for not paying national insurance, submitting annual returns or accounts.
Brookfield Consultants of St. Johns, Fenton Campbell Butchers of Duke Street, J Graham of Ramsey and Marcel Limited of Port Erin were convicted of failing to pay class 1 national insurance payments.
Thec.Electrical Solutions of Port Erin failed to submit its Employers Annual Return Form, while Eclipse Heating & Plumbing Limited of Douglas didn't submit accounts to support a company tax return.
Each company was also ordered to pay £125 costs when they appeared before Douglas Magistrates.
