Local businesses have been playing their part in encouraging young people to enjoy healthy and active lives.
They've been supporting a health week run at St Marys' Primary School - on Tuesday different aspects of a healthy lifestyle were demonstrated.
The children learned how mental health can affect their health - St John Ambulance and the Road Safety Team also had stands.
