A property website says sellers on the Island have been forced to slash the prices of homes.
Property portal Zoopla released its figures covering the past 12 months for the UK and Isle of Man.
Its data shows asking prices for homes here were slashed by an average of more than £41,000 last year.
The website says the Manx discounts were the largest anywhere in Britain.
