Argon announces Skanco and Restart deal

Argon has announced a deal to acquire Skanco Business Systems and sister company Restart Limited.

Officials at the firm say it'll bring together two of the Islands oldest technology companies to become one of the biggest IT service providers on the Isle of Man.

Argon Managing Director, Iain Fairbairn, adds it will create a strong technical team with years of knowledge and experience in the industry.

It's main base will be situated at Restart Court at Isle of Man Business Park housing almost 40 personnel.
