The Association for International Life Offices (AILO) is supporting International Men's Day.
It's part of the associations' commitment to diversity and inclusion in the life sector.
AILO's presence on the Island includes Canada Life, Quilter International, Friends Provident International, Hansard International, RL360 and Utmost.
To mark International Men's Day, Canada Life will be publishing a blog about what masculinity means to modern men, and Quilter International will be organizing events around the theme of 'better relationships between men and women.'
Chair of AILO's Diversity and Inclusion Committee,Vicki Hotchkiss says having conversations about the changing role of men at work and in society are vitally important to create truly diverse, inclusive, working environments.
