£26,000 donation from Old Mutual

An Onchan company has handed over more than £26,000 to two island charities.

Old Mutual International, headquartered on King Edward Road, split the money between the Hyperbaric Chamber and children's charity A Little Piece of Hope.

Staff organised dress down days, bingo events, raffles, and cake bakes and several employees took part in the Parish Walk.

Communications manager for Old Mutual International Wendy Ranft-Gerber says giving something back is seen as vital by the wealth management firm:
