The Island's exit strategy should be published this weekend.
The Chief Minister confirmed the document should be available after the Council of Ministers meeting.
It will then be debated in Tynwald on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, Mr Quayle also announced the Island's next key review point will be on the Thursday, May 7 - as advised by clinicians.
