3FM is seeking a talented individual to join our vibrant sales team as a part-time Business Development Manager.
As the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and building partnerships in the exciting world of radio and digital media.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, forge strategic alliances, and nurture existing client relationships to maximize revenue potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and online research.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities for revenue generation.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor strategies, and client needs.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition to prospective clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached.
- Work closely with Sales and programming teams, to ensure seamless execution of client campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
