A Douglas woman has appeared in court after being accused of injuring her estranged husband in a hit and run.
39-year-old Susan Moore has been charged with causing serious bodily harm by driving without due care or consideration on Tuesday.
She's also charged with failing to stop after a road traffic accident in which a person was injured.
It's alleged she struck the refuse collector outside a unit on the Snugborough Trading Estate in Union Mills - the court was told he remains in a coma in Noble's Hospital.
Magistrates granted a four week adjournment - she has been bailed until her next court appearance on July 21st.
