All possibilities should be explored before the Douglas horse trams are scrapped.
That’s according to South Douglas MHK Kate Beecroft who’s tabled an urgent motion in the House of Keys tomorrow.
She wants the Council of Ministers to explore all options to allow the horse trams to be “transferred to another entity”.
