Steam Packet and fuel poverty up for debate in HOK

There's a packed order paper for the House of Keys today with the majority of the questions coming from the LIberal Vannin Party.

Starting off proceedings, Onchan MHK Zack Hall will ask the Chief Minister what contingency plans and risk management framework has in place to guarantee the Island's lifeline provided by the Steam Packet Company.

Douglas South MHK, Kate Beecroft is asking Social Care Minister, Chris Robertshaw what he meant by fuel poverty for residents of the Island.

Treasury Minister, Eddie Teare, will also be asked by Zack Hall for a break down of the short and long term borrowings by the Islands local authorities made between 2008 to the present.
