Two Douglas men will stand trial after denying carrying out an assault on another man.
31-year-old Mark Bell and 29-year-old Mark Galbraith appeared at Douglas Courthouse last week.
They entered not guilty pleas to a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm – it’s alleged they attacked the man on June 5th on Bucks Road.
The duo will be committed to the Court of General Gaol Delivery on August 2nd but will next appear in court on June 28th.
Both have been remanded at the Isle of Man Prison until that date.
